31.7 pct to $18.75, highest since Dec 1999
    ** First Financial Corp  THFF.O  on Monday said it would
acquire HFBC for about $128.3 mln  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nGNX274Bqj; the deal is
expected to close in Q2 2019 
    ** More than 399,000 shares of HFBC were traded, ~54x of its
25-day moving avg
    ** Shares of First Financial down 9.4 pct at $38.53, lowest
in over 2 years
