First Horizon rises after Q1 results beat, 2024 NII forecast

** Shares of regional lender First Horizon Corp  FHN.N  rise
 ~2.5% to $14.26 in morning trading
    ** Co reports Q1 adjusted EPS of 35 cents, beating analysts'
 estimates of 34 cents, according to LSEG data 
    ** Revenue of $819 mln in the quarter also ahead of
expectations of $809.52 mln 
    ** Bank sees 2024 net interest income up between 1% and 4%
versus Wall Street expectations of a 1.5% gain 
    ** Including session moves, stock up marginally YTD
