** Shares of silver miners gain, tracking rising prices of the white metal GOL/

** Spot silver XAG= up 3% at $48.92/ounce due to the Federal Reserve interest rate cut as well as lingering uncertainty over the outcome of a trade deal between China and the U.S.

** Hecla Mining HL.N and First Majestic Silver Corp AG.N both up ~4%

** Canadian miners Endeavour Silver EDR.TO, EXK.N up 3.5% and Silvercorp Metals SVM.TO, SVM.N rises ~3%

** Abrdn Physical Silver Shares ETF SIVR.P and iShares Silver Trust SLV.P each up 2.6%
