Silver miners climb as SVB fallout boosts precious metal's appeal

** U.S-listed shares of silver miners rise in premarket
trading, tracking the precious metal's prices 
    ** Silver  XAG=  up 2.8% at $21.07 per ounce; bets that the
Federal Reserve may now have to tone down its rate hikes as
investors sought cover from uncertainty triggered by the
collapse of Silicon Valley Bank  SIVB.O  boost precious metals 
    ** Endeavour Silver Corp  EDR.TO   EXK.N , Pan America
Silver Corp  PAAS.TO   PAAS.O , First Majestic Silver Corp
 FR.TO   AG.N , Coeur Mining Inc  CDE.N , Hecla Mining Co  HL.N 
and Fort Silver Mines Inc  FVI.TO   FSM.N  climb between 2.8%
and 4.4%
    ** Global X Silver Miners ETF  SIL.P  up 2.8%
    ** Platinum  XPT=  up 1.2% and palladium  XPD=  climbs 1.9%
while spot gold  XAU=  up 1.2%
    ** Abrdn Physical Palladium Shares ETF  PALL.P  adds 2.4%
