UK Stocks-Factors to watch on Nov 18 (updated)

Adds new items, updates futures

Nov 18 (Reuters) - Britain's FTSE 100 .FTSE index is seen opening lower on Tuesday, with futures FFIc1 down 1.14%.

* IMPERIAL BRANDS: Imperial Brands reported a nearly 5% rise in annual adjusted operating profit, supported by higher prices of its tobacco products and growing demand for smoking alternatives.

* CREST NICHOLSON: Crest Nicholson CRST.L lowered its annual profit expectations, weighed down by subdued demand and heightened uncertainties ahead of the budget.

* GREENCORE: Greencore GNC.L reported a rise in full-year adjusted operating profit, helped by robust demand for food-to-go products and effective cost management that helped offset inflationary pressures.

* CMA: Britain's competition regulator has launched investigations into eight businesses, following a review of online pricing and sales practices.

* BANK OF ENGLAND: The Bank of England is preparing to ease parts of Britain's bank ring-fencing regime while opposing a major reform sought by lenders, sources said.

* TT ELECTRONICS: Cicor Technologies CICN.S said it has made a final revised offer for UK's TT Electronics TTG.L, introducing an all-cash option of 150 pence per share, alongside an alternative that offers Cicor shares.

* INTERMEDIATE CAPITAL GROUP: Amundi AMUN.PA said it is buying a 9.9% stake in Intermediate Capital Group ICGIN.L to expand in private markets.

* RIO TINTO: Rio Tinto RIO.L, RIO.AX will cut output at its Yarwun alumina refinery in Queensland by 40% from next October, the company said.

* WPP: The chief executive of France's Havas HAVAS.AS has denied being in talks with WPP WPP.L about a potential investment in the British ad firm, Bloomberg News reported.

* COMMODITIES: Oil prices fell as supply concerns eased with the resumption of loadings at a Russian export hub, copper extended fall pressured by a stronger dollar, gold fell on diminished prospects of a U.S. interest rate cut.
