** Co reports adjusted revenue of $4.79 bln in Q1, compared with the average estimate of $4.84 bln, according to data compiled by LSEG

** Co's Q1 processing revenue in the company's merchant solutions unit falls 9% to $276 mln

** 32 of 37 brokerages rate the stock "buy" or higher, three "hold" and two "sell" or "strong sell"; their median PT is $254 - LSEG data
