('Fiske' or 'the Company')

Change to Accounting Year End

 

The Board of Fiske plc announces that it intends to change its accounting
reference date from 31 May to 30 June with immediate effect.

As a result of this change in accounting reference date, the Company's
reporting timetable for the next 18 months will be as follows:

-Unaudited interim results for the six months to 30 November 2021 to be
released by 28 February 2022;

-Audited report and accounts for the 13-month period to 30 June 2022 intended
to be published by 31 December 2022; and

-Unaudited interim results for the six months to 31 December 2022 to be
released by 31 March 2023
