The Company announces that it received notification today that Mr Gerard Luchini, the Company's Compliance Director, purchased 5,000 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 40 pence per share today. 
As a result of this transaction Mr Luchini holds a total of 50,000 Ordinary Shares, with voting rights in Fiske, which represents 0.59% of Fiske's issued share capital.
