Director Dealing

The Company announces that it received notification on 22 February 2024 that
on 22 February 2024 Alexander Fiske-Harrison, a non-executive director of
Fiske, disposed of 30,000 Fiske ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary
Shares") at a price of 80 pence per Ordinary Share, representing 0.25% of the
Company's issued ordinary share capital.

Following the disposal, Mr Fiske-Harrison is now interested in 40,500 Ordinary
Shares, which represents 0.34% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
