The Company announces that it received notification on 06 March 2024 that on
06 March 2024 Tony Robert Pattison, the Chairman of Fiske, acquired 10,000
Fiske ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 85.0
pence per Ordinary Share, representing 0.08% of the Company's issued ordinary
share capital.

Following this transaction, Mr Pattison and his wife are now interested in
525,617 Ordinary Shares, which represents 4.44% of the Company's issued
ordinary share capital.
