Director Retirement
The Company announces that Francis Gerard Luchini, Compliance Director and Company Secretary, has informed the Board of his intention to retire from the Company with effect from 31st August 2020. On retirement, the Company does not intend to replace Gerard on the Board, and his day-to-day responsibilities will be assumed by members of the wider team.
The Board would like to place on record its thanks to Gerard for his substantial contribution to the business over 23 years and to wish him all the very best in his retirement.
