Fisker shares cut losses on Reuters report of partnership talks with Nissan

** Shares of electric vehicle startup Fisker FSR.N pare
losses, now down 24.6% at $0.549
** Nissan 7201.T and Fisker in advanced partnership talks,
Reuters reports, citing two people familiar with the
negotiations
** Terms being discussed includes Nissan investing more than
$400 million in FSR's truck platform and building Fisker's
planned Alaska pickup starting in 2026 at one of its U.S.
assembly plants
** FSR was down nearly 47% after it flagged going-concern
risks, job cuts and a pause in investments into future projects
until it secures a partnership with a manufacturer
** FSR shares fell ~76% in 2023
