** Shares of Fletcher Building FBU.NZ up 1.64% at NZ$3.10

** Earlier in the day, the stock rose as much as 2.3% to NZ$3.12, its highest level since June 23

** The construction materials maker says it is exploring divestment options for its construction division and its Higgins, Brian Perry Civil and Fletcher Construction Major Projects business units

** Says no decision yet to sell at this time

** Stock is up 8.8% YTD, including the session's moves
