** Stock set for steepest intraday pct gain since September 15

** Builder formally hands over New Zealand International Convention Centre (NZICC) to SkyCity Entertainment Group SKC.NZ for operational commissioning

** In June, SkyCity had intended to file proceedings against co to cover losses from handover delays

** SKC falls as much as 2% to NZ$0.73

** YTD, FBU gains 17.9%
