Jefferies upgrades Australia's Flight Centre to 'buy' on Asia rebound

** Flight Centre FLT.AX has materially underperformed travel peers and looks compelling given the strength of its corporate division and increased certainty around FY26 growth, analysts at Jefferies say

** Brokerage upgrades stock to "buy" from "hold" and raises PT to A$14.00 per share from A$13.50

** Confirmation that Asia business returning to profitability acts as a material tailwind in the second half of FY26, after it posted A$22 mln loss in FY25 - Jefferies

** FY26 forecast for pretax profit of A$305 mln-A$340 mln ($198.19 mln - $220.93 mln) implies 5.5%-17.6% year-on-year growth, with first-half earnings tracking ahead of the prior year as corporate strength offsets leisure weakness - brokerage

** 12 of 15 analysts rate the stock "buy" or higher, 3 "hold" – data compiled by LSEG

** FLT shares last close at A$12.23; down about 26.7% YTD
