** Brokerage Piper Sandler upgrades stock to "overweight" from "neutral", raises PT to $80 from $75

** Believes FND will return to "normalized" demand after working through the demand pull-forward excesses from 2020-2022

** Brokerage says co is currently facing peak hurricane headwind in November and December, which likely presents an opportunistic entry point on weak credit card data
