** Co lowers annual net sales growth forecast to about 3.8% to 5.7%, below prior 5.9% to 7.5% guidance

** Forecasts adjusted EPS of about $1.05 to $1.15, below $1.11 to $1.24 guidance

** Says new guidance reflects challenging consumer environment and potential for increased tariff costs

** Co also misses Q1 net sales and adjusted EPS estimates, according to data compiled by LSEG

** Up to last close, stock has fallen 17.4% YTD
