** Bakery goods maker Flowers Foods'  FLO.N  shares fall
about 1.15% to $22.4 after quarterly results 
    ** Co's Q2 sales of $1.22 bln missed analysts' expectations
of $1.24 bln, according to LSEG data
    ** FLO says positive pricing in the quarter was more than
offset by volume decline 
    ** Q2 adjusted profit of 36 cents per share beat estimates
of 33 cents per share
    ** YTD, stock has fallen nearly 0.80% including session loss
