Flowtech Fluidpower plc (Symbol: AIM: FLO), the UK's leading specialist supplier of technical fluid power products, announces that it has been notified of the following dealings by Bryce Brooks, Chief Executive Officer.
 
On 03 July 2019 Bryce Brooks sold 45,160 ordinary shares of 50p each ("Ordinary Shares") for cash to his Self-Invested Personal Pension ("SIPP") at a price of 123.0p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Brooks' beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares remains unchanged.
