Change of Auditor

 

 

Flowtech Fluidpower plc (LSE: AIM Market symbol: FLO) announces that,
following a competitive tender process initiated by FLO, it has approved the
appointment of Cooper Parry Group Limited (Cooper Parry), as its new external
auditor for the year ending 31 December 2025. The appointment is effective
from 23 September 2025.

 

Accordingly, the Board has accepted the resignation of its current auditor
Grant Thornton UK LLP (GT), after a tenure of 11 years. The Directors thank GT
for its services to the Company since IPO in 2014. In accordance with Section
519 of the Companies Act 2006, GT has confirmed to the Company that there are
no matters to be brought to the attention of the Company's shareholders or
creditors. This notice will also be uploaded to the Company's website
