Flowtech Fluidpower plc, the UK's leading specialist supplier of technical
fluid power products, announces that it has been notified that Russell Cash,
Chief Financial Officer of Flowtech, has purchased a total of 19,605 ordinary
shares of 50 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 14 February 2020
at an average price of 103.9 pence per Ordinary Share.

 

Following this transaction, Mr Cash has an interest in 48,175 Ordinary Shares,
representing approximately 0.08 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary
Share capital.
