The Company has been informed by Mr. Francisco Terol, Managing Director,
Benelux, that on 5 February he purchased a total of 30,000 ordinary shares of
£0.50 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").  Consequently, Mr.
Terol has a beneficial interest of 100,354 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
