FLOWTECH FLUIDPOWER PLC (the Company)  announces that's the Group's annual
results for the year ended 31 December 2025 will be released on Tuesday, 24
March 2026.

The Company's CEO, Mike England, CEO and Chief Financial Officer, Russell Cash
will be presenting the Annual results presentation, an update on strategic
progress and outlook via the Investor Meet Company (IMC) platform on the same
day at 11:00 GMT.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders.  Those
not already subscribed to the platform can sign up without charge and add to
