Flowtech (AIM: FLO), the specialist technical fluid power products supplier, announces that, further to the statement made by the Company on 14 March 2018 concerning the "Acquisition of Balu Ltd and successful 11 million fundraise partly subject to shareholder approval", the Company posted a circular to its shareholders on 14 March 2018 convening a general meeting of the Company to be held at 11:00 a.m. on 3 April 2018 at the offices of DLA Piper UK LLP, 1 St Peter's Square, Manchester M2 3DE. The circular will also be made available on the Company's website at www.flowtechfluidpower.com.
