** Co initiates FY2026 outlook: revenue $3.2–$3.6 bln (midpoint $3.4 bln), above analysts' estimates of $3.17 bln - data compiled by LSEG

** Expects adjusted EBITDA of $40–$60 mln

** Backlog climbs to record $5.3 bln; order intake hits $1.4 bln in Q4, largest qtrly intake in co’s history

** However, co posts Q4 revenue of $1.04 bln vs $1.2 bln a year ago, driven by lower related-party sales

** FLNC stock down 0.50% YTD, as of last close
