The Spanish competition watchdog CNMC may not release a final decision on BBVA's takeover bid for Sabadell until after the summer, Spanish newspaper Cinco Dias reported on Tuesday, citing unnamed sources within CNMC.
REPSOL REP.MC
Repsol released on Monday its first quarter's estimated production was 540,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day.
The company plans to sell a stake in a new batch of 706 MW renewable energy projects in Spain, Spanish newspaper El Economista reported on Tuesday, citing unidentified market sources.
ACCIONA ANA.MC
Acciona put a portfolio of hydroelectric power plants in Spain up for sale, El Economista reported on Tuesday, adding the assets could be worth 100 million euros ($109.78 million).
FLUIDRA FLUI.MC
Fluidra's first quarter sales were 563 million euros, a preliminary report said on Tuesday.
NEINOR HOMES HOME.MC
The company reported it sold 670 housing units for 246 million euros in the first quarter.
ENDESA ELE.MC
HSBC raised its target price to 26.8 euros from 24.7 euros.
