    Neinor Homes is finalising a deal to take over the
management of Habitat by buying from US fund Bain Capital a 10%
stake for around 40 million euros, Spanish newspaper Cinco Dias
reported on Wednesday.

    Berenberg raised its target price to 26 euros from 25 euros.
