Fluidra said on Tuesday it completed an initial investment of $100 million in Aiper.

ATRYS ATRY.MC:

Atrys said on Monday it approved the sale of 100% of Aspy Global Services Shares, Aspy Prevencion, Aspy Formacion and Aspy Salud Global to Grupo Echevarne.

IBERDROLA IBE.MC:

The U.S. Interior Department's suspension of all large offshore wind projects under construction, citing national security risks, is set to halt Iberdrola's flagship Vineyard Wind 1 project in Massachusetts, Spanish newspaper Cinco Dias reported on Monday.
