May 7 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Wednesday. Reuters has not verified the newspaper reports, and cannot vouch for their accuracy: ENDESA ELE.MC Spanish power utility Endesa said on Wednesday it booked a 583 million euro ($662.58 million) first-quarter net profit, beating the 506 million euros expected by analysts polled by LSEG. FLUIDRA FLUI.MC Fluidra said on Wednesday it booked an adjusted net profit of 66 million euros in the first quarter, up 29% year-on-year, adding that it estimated the costs of tariffs from April to December to come in at around 50 million euros. In another statement, it said it had acquired Australian software company Pooltrackr. PRISA PRS.MC Media group Prisa said on Tuesday it had signed an agreement to amend the basic terms of the company's financing agreements, including a three-year extension of debt maturities by three years.
