Sept 2 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be
affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Monday.

    The U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has
authorized Iberdrola's acquisition of the 18.4% stake it does
not already own in its U.S. unit Avangrid  AGR.N , Expansion
reported on Monday.
    
    TECNICAS REUNIDAS  TRE.MC  
    The company is negotiating a contract to develop a new gas
project in Kazakhstan, which would require an investment worth
as much as $3 billion, Expansion reported on Monday.
    
    FLUIDRA  FLUI.MC  
    The company's board has acknowledged the resignation of
Bruce Walker Brooks as CEO, effective on September 1.
