** Co posts adjusted first-quarter profit below estimates hurt by increased costs

** Posts adjusted profit of 14 cents per share, compared with analysts' average estimates of 62 cents per share - data compiled by LSEG

** Urban Solutions segment posts profit of $6 million, down from last year's $70 million

** Revenue for the reported quarter comes at $3.66 billion, lower than last year's $3.98 billion

** However, swings to a profit of $160 million, compared with last year's loss of $241 million

** As of last close, stock up 28.8% YTD
