UK CMA Merger Clearance
Betfair Group plc ("Betfair") notes the Competition and Markets Authority's announcement that it has cleared the merger of Betfair and Paddy Power plc.
As previously announced, Betfair expects the merger to complete during the first quarter of 2016.
