 Threadneedle Asset Management Limited is not the only controlled entity within the Ameriprise Financial, Inc. group of companies to hold Paddy Power Plc. The total holding attributable to Ameriprise Financial, Inc. effective 6th January 2016 is 3.12%
 A TR-1 notification effective 18th December 2015 was submitted on 22nd December 2015 showing the Ameriprise Financial, Inc. group holding crossing the 3% threshold upwards. Since that disclosure the Threadneedle Asset Management Limited holding has increased from 2.98% to 3.04% and the Columbia Management Investment Advisers, LLC holding has remained static at 0.08%.
