Paddy Power plc announces the purchase today by the Group of 300,000 of its own ordinary shares at a price of 53.50 per share.
The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares.Following the above purchase, the Company holds 2,184,000 shares in treasury, which do not carry voting rights and has 48,850,097 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
