EUROPE BEFORE THE BELL: FUTURES HIGHER AT MONTH-END
European stock index futures are signalling a flat-to-slightly-higher open on Friday, at the end of another positive week, and month, for stock markets.
Euro STOXX 50 futures STXEc1 are up 0.1%. The index .STOXX50E has gained 0.5% so far this week and is heading for its third positive week in four. It's also up over 3.5% in February, its eighth straight monthly gain.
Futures on the DAX FDXc1, CAC FCEc1 and FTSE FFIc1 are higher by 0.1% to 0.3% this morning, and all are heading for weekly and monthly gains.
Flutter Entertainment FLTRF.L shares could be in focus after it forecast profit growth below forecasts due to challenges in the U.S. market.
Reinsurer Swiss Re SRENH.S reported a near 50% rise in net profit but its health and life division weighed.
