Flux Power: Falls after filing $50 mln mixed shelf offering

** Lithium-ion energy storage provider's shares  FLUX.O 
down ~8% at $9.59; on track for a third consecutive day of
decline
    ** Co files for mixed shelf of up to $50 million, according
to a regulatory filing from Friday after market (https://bit.ly/37cCZEn)
    ** In addition, prospectus also covers resale by certain
selling shareholders of up to 1.14 mln shares of common stock
    ** Co will not receive any of the proceeds from the sale of
shares by the selling shareholders
    ** Stock up 1.2% YTD
