    ** Electronic components maker reports Q4 rev of $16.3 mln,
missing analysts' estimates of $16.4 mln - LSEG data
    ** Net loss, however, narrows from the prior year, though co
says operating expenses increased
    ** FLUX has gained about 21% this week following two
straight weeks of losses
    ** FLUX up 24.7% YTD as of last close
