** France's Schneider Electric SCHN.PA intends to launch a voluntary public takeover offer for Bulgarian smart-home device maker Shelly Group SLYG.BB for €70 per share, the industrial group said.

** A consortium backed by BlackRock BLK.N and IFM Investors is in exclusive talks to buy Stack Infrastructure's Asia Pacific data center portfolio for up to $25 billion, Bloomberg News reported, citing people familiar with the matter.

** UK-listed Capricorn Energy CNE.L agreed to revised terms of a $396 million takeover offer from Norwegian oil firm DNO DNO.OL.

** Belgian chemicals group Tessenderlo TESB.BR has completed a minority equity investment in US agricultural sciences firm FMC FMC.N, buying a 20% stake for about $403 million, the companies said.

**  Vietnamese tungsten producer Masan High-Tech Materials said it would sell a 4.99% stake to US-based tungsten products supplier Elmet Group ELMT.O in a deal valuing the company at about $2.5 billion.

** Private equity firm Hellman & Friedman is exploring a sale of insurance software provider Applied Systems that could value the company at up to $10 billion, according to people familiar with the matter.

** British subsea technology firm Ashtead Technology ATAS.L on Wednesday said it has received a non-binding indicative proposal from Ember Infrastructure Management that values the company at about £498 million ($659.75 million).

** Private equity group CVC CVC.AS has agreed to buy a minority stake in Prague-based internet infrastructure provider CDN77 in a deal that brings in external investment for the first time, the companies said in a statement on Wednesday.
