** Shares of agrichemicals company FMC Corp FMC.N down 2% at $9.81 in extended trading 
** Co expects FY adj EPS in the range of $1.19 to $1.49, a decline of 55 percent at the midpoint
** Co says revenue forecast excluding India lowered to a range of $3.50 bln to $3.70 bln, a decline of 7 percent at the midpoint versus 2025
** Co says FY price to be lower by mid-to-high digits
** Co reports adj EPS of 26 cents per share, above analysts estimates of 22 cents per share - data compiled by LSEG 
** FMC down 27.8% YTD
