** Co forecasts lower-than-expected adjusted profit for current year after reporting third-quarter loss

** Posts ~50% decline in Q3 net sales to $542.2 million on India business divestiture

** Forecasts current-year adjusted profit to be in the range of $2.92 to $3.14 per share v/s estimates of $3.50 per share

** As of Wednesday, FMC down 40.6% YTD
