Tessenderlo completes $403 million deal to buy 20% stake in US-based FMC Sept 24 (Reuters) - Belgian chemicals group Tessenderlo TESB.BR has completed a minority equity investment in US agricultural sciences firm FMC FMC.N, buying a 20% stake for about $403 million, the companies said on Thursday.
