    The automaker said on Tuesday its planned investments at
Belvidere, Illinois, will be delayed but stressed it is
committed to moving forward and is not in violation of its union
contract.
    
    BPER BANCA  EMII.MI 
    Norway's Norges Bank cut its stake in the Italian lender to
2.9% as of Aug. 13, from 4.8% previously, Italy's market
regulator Consob says in a filing on Tuesday.
