Focusrite plc, the global music and audio products company supplying hardware
and software used by professional and amateur musicians and the entertainment
industry, announces that Michael Butterworth, a non-executive director,
purchased 3,873 ordinary shares of 0.1p each on 28 April 2022 at a price of
1016p per share. Following the purchase, Mr. Butterworth holds 3,873 ordinary
shares representing 0.006% of the Focusrite's issued share capital.
