Focusrite plc ("Focusrite" or the "Group")

Interim Dividend Timetable Correction

The final dividend details stated in Focusrite's Half Year Results
announcement, released at 7.00am on 25 April 2023 under RNS No 2959X, stated
an incorrect Ex-Dividend Date.

The correct Ex-Dividend Date and Record Date for the interim dividend in
respect of the 6 months to 28 February 2023 of 2.1 pence per share is 11 May
2023 and 12 May 2023, respectively. The dividend will be payable on 9 June
2023.

 All other details remain unchanged.
