Notification of PDMR Transactions
Focusrite plc (AIM: TUNE), the global music and audio products company,
announces that a person closely associated with a Person Discharging
Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR) completed the transfer of part of their
beneficial interest in the Company on 13 February 2024.
David Bezem, a non-executive director, has transferred 3,968 ordinary shares
of 0.1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") for no
consideration to his spouse. Following the transaction, David Bezem will
retain a beneficial holding of 3969 Ordinary Shares which represents 0.01% of
the current issued share capital.
