Cellnex is in talks to sell its Swiss business stake to Manulife Financial's investment arm as the tower operator advances asset disposals to cut debt after bids fell short last year, sources familiar with the matter said on Tuesday.

NYESA VALORES CORPORACION IBES.MC

LDA Capital Group requested a second conversion of 12 bonds for 120,000 euros at 0.0068 euros per share, with the company issuing 12 million new ordinary shares and lifting share capital to 40.9 million euros, it said on Monday.

ACS ACS.MC, FCC FCC.MC

Consortia led by ACS, through its Australian unit CIMIC, and FCC have been shortlisted to bid for a A$2.1 billion contract for the final lot of phase one of Melbourne Airport Rail, a key Australian infrastructure project, Spanish newspaper Expansion reported on Tuesday.

NATURGY NTGY.MC

J.P. Morgan raised Naturgy to "overweight" from "neutral" and raised its target price to 30.5 euros from 26.7 euros.
