July 31 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Thursday. Reuters has not verified the newspaper reports, and cannot vouch for their accuracy:

BBVA BBVA.MC

Spanish bank BBVA BBVA.MC on Thursday said its second-quarter net profit fell 2% year-on-year due to lower lending income and currency depreciation in Mexico despite a solid performance in Spain, where it wants to buy rival Sabadell SABE.MC.

MERLIN MRL.MC

Merlin Properties said on Wednesday its first-half total revenues were 275.3 million euros.

FCC FCC.MC

FCC said on Thursday its first-half net profit was 80.7 million euros.

FLUIDRA FLUI.MC

The company said on Thursday its first-half net profit was 135.5 million euros.

Fluidra also said on Thursday it changed its FY sales guidance to between 2.16 and 2.22 billion euros.

VISCOFAN VIS.MC

Viscofan said on Thursday its second-quarter net profit was 38.4 million euros.

TECNICAS REUNIDAS TRE.MC

The company said on Thursday its first-half net profit was 58.2 million euros.

The company also said it expected 2025 sales above 5.2 billion euros.

MELIA HOTELS MEL.MC

Spanish hotel group Melia reported on Wednesday a 72% surge in first-half net profit that beat market expectations, partly due to the rise in international tourists flocking to its home country, the world's second-most visited after France.

PHARMA MAR PHMR.MC

The company said on Wednesday its first-half net profit was 19.4 million euros and it would carry out out a capital reduction.

DIA DIDA.MC

DIA said on Thursday its first-half net profit was 37.8 million euros.

INMOBILIARIA DEL SUR ISUR.MC

Insur said on Wednesday its first-half net profit was 9.4 million euros.

AENA AENA.MC

Barclays raised its target price to 24 euros from 23.8 euros.

CAIXABANK CABK.MC

Morgan Stanley raised its target price to 8.9 euros from 8.2 euros.
