June 23 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Monday. Reuters has not verified the newspaper reports, and cannot vouch for their accuracy:

TELEFONICA TEF.MC

Telefonica is planning to sell its old headquarters in Madrid, which are valued at between 250 million euros ($287.63 million) and 300 million euros, newspaper El Economista said on Monday, citing unidentified sources close to the matter.

AEDAS AEDAS.MC

Aedas Homes has asked Goldman Sachs for a report on whether Neinor's takeover bid was made at a fair price, newspaper Cinco Dias reported on Monday.

ACCIONA ANA.MC, INDRA IDR.MC, FCC FCC.MC

Three joint ventures are vying for the maintenance of the M-30 motorway in Madrid, newspaper El Economista reported on Monday, citing sources with knowledge of the matter. One group, led by Acciona, has an agreement with Indra to act as a subcontractor, another one comprised FCC and Elsamex and the last one is formed by France's Vinci SGEF.PA and Serveo.

SOLTEC SOLPW.MC

The company reported on Friday a full-year net profit loss of 205.8 million euros. It said it was still working with creditors and advisors on the restructuring plan.
