    Spanish holding company Criteria, the biggest shareholder in
Caixabank, said on Friday it raised its stake in Telefonica to

    The bank said on Thursday its Board had approved
related-party transactions with Acerinox  ACX.MC  for 150

    The company said on Thursday it had issued green bonds in

    The Spanish drug maker said on Thursday its 1.6 billion euro
($1.71 billion) proceeds from the sale of a 20% stake in

    Italian chemical product maker Esseco Industrial said on
Friday it launched a competing takeover bid for Ercros at 3.84

    Spanish market regulator CNMV said on Thursday Eurofondo
does not need to launch a takeover bid for Ayco when its voting
