MADRID, Nov 10 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Monday. Reuters has not verified the newspaper reports, and cannot vouch for their accuracy:

ALMIRALL SA ALM.MC:

Almirall said on Monday its 9-month normalized net profit stood at 41.8 million euros  ($48.75 million).

VISCOFAN SA VIS.MC:

Viscofan said on Friday the company approved their 2025 gross interim dividend of at least 1.40 euros per share.

ORYZON GENOMICS ORY.MC:

Oryzon will propose a share capital increase of up to 125 million euros, the company said on Monday.

ACS ACTIVIDADES DE CONSTRUCCION Y SERVICIOS SA ACS.MC; ACCIONA ANA.MC; FERROVIAL SE FER.MC; SACYR SCYR.MC; FOMENTO DE CONSTRUCCIONES Y CONTRATAS SA FCC.MC:

ACS and Acciona split to compete for the $3 billion I-77 highway project in the U.S. against Ferrovial, Sacyr, and FCC, said the Spanish newspaper El Economista on Monday, citing industry sources.

IBERDROLA IBE.MC:

HSBC raised on Monday Iberdrola's target price to 19 euros from 18.2 euros.

TECNICAS REUNIDAS TRE.MC:

Barclays raised on Monday Tecnicas Reunidas' target price to 36 euros from 35 euros.
